HIGHLANDS ARTIST RETREAT

Highlands Artist Retreat includes a one bedroom/one bath cabin with full kitchen, patio & Wi-Fi. It is adjacent to a 900 square foot art studio equipped for any kind of art project -- work tables, sink, movable walls, state of the art lighting, plus bathroom and kitchen.
The Highlands Artist Retreat rents for $1500/week. $4000/month. One day location shoots/$2000.

• There is a $75 security deposit on all reservations which is refunded after check out.
• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Well behaved pets are welcome for an additional $35.
• We require a two-week advance cancellation notice prior to arrival date for a full refund.
• Maps and directions will be mailed with confirmation.
• Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. All state and local taxes will apply.
• We accept credit cards through PayPal, personal checks, cash or money order.

* If paying via PayPal please enter the rental fee and refundable security deposit total and PayPal will automatically add the tax.
* Pricing includes Cleaning fee.
